"In time and with water, everything changes"

Introduction
The exhibition is dedicated to the 2024 edition of the University of Peace that will take place from April 26 to 28 and will be devoted to the theme: water, the challenge of a common good to be preserved. After periods of extremely intense drought, the issue of access to water, and even more so to drinking water, water is becoming a precarious "common good" whose issues go far beyond environmental problems to become a collective issue. In partnership with Ukrainian House, Victor Lyon Foundation and with the financial support of FIR (Fonds des Initiatives Résidentes).

- Application form (see below) to be completed in .pdf containing in particular:
- Bio (500 words max.)
- Visual of the project (photo, sketch of a completed work or work in progress) - Text explaining the artistic project.

Schedule
20.03 -19.04: Acceptance of applications at the following address: Viktoriia.ORESHKO@ciup.fr.
21.04: Notification of selected works to participants.
23.04 & 25.04: Artworks reception and storage at Victor Lyon Foundation.
27.04 - 28.04: Exhibition opening at 7 p.m., with the announcement of competition winners during the opening event.

Requirements
- Open to all public
- Welcoming individuals, pairs, and artistic collectives.
- The participant must present one or more original works of art specifically created for this competition. Alternatively, they may submit existing artworks that align with the theme of the competition.
- Accepting all types of art without exception, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, performance art, and installations.
- Participants must be aged 18 and above.
